This December at Maison de Luxe you can experience the splendor of a national historic landmark, the Greystone mansion, re-imagined by over 20 leading designers selected by the editors of Luxe Interiors + Design magazine. A Baronial-style residence built in 1928 for the Doheny family, the house is over 46,000 square feet on 18.5 manicured acres.
Esteemed designer Wendy Schwartz, of Wendy Schwartz Design, features a Marc Phillips rug in the dressing room.
"For Mrs. Doheny's dressing room, texture was paramount," said Wendy of her dressing room installation. "The soothing and flattering palate of soft whites, blacks and metallics reads simultaneously feminine and edgy."
