In the News: Crestron Electronics Gives Visitors a 'Wow!' Experience

Interior designers got a sneak preview of the new Creston Design showroom during the DDB's Fall Market last month. Located on the fourth floor of the Decoration & Design Building, the new showroom demonstrates the invisible luxury of integrated home technology.

The showroom includes a living room, kitchen and bedroom featuring integrated whole home entertainment, lighting control, motorized shades, heating/cooling, security and energy management. Guests can interact with the products by pressing an icon on Apple®, Android™ and Crestron touch screens (as well as keypads) located throughout the space.

“While we love to show off our technology, interior designers want to hide it,” says Ami Wright, Crestron's director of residential market development. “Designers and architects know their clients want the latest technology in their homes, but find it challenging to keep up with what's possible. The showroom makes it easy to see and actually experience the possibilities, discover how easy it is to use, and how to blend it into any interior design.”

To learn more about the Crestron Design showroom or request a private tour, visit Crestron online and stay tuned to GoDesignGo to hear about its upcoming grand opening.
