DCOTA's Stars and Stripes Mobile Sculpture Amazes

French Artist Morgane Tschiember's shares her thoughts and insights on “Stars and Stripes” at the DCOTA, her first commissioned work in the United States. The piece was recently installed in the design center's new Atrium space. Titled and conceived specifically for this new architectural environment, it  was curated by New York art advisor, Helen Varola. The three-story, multi-dimensional sculpture is made of 42 sticks, each measuring 13 feet painted with shiny high-gloss psychedelic colors.
