OSIRYS MENDEZ and SABRINA VELA of Mendez International & Associates created the Dining Room in the showhouse.
They shared,
“We enjoy the challenge of creating different designs that inspire character for every project and for our dining room in the showhouse. There is always a custom piece from our personal collection in our designs, one that we don’t just go buy but that we create for the project. In this project it is the “eyes” wallpaper that would bring the drama and character we seek. With the correct scale and balance, it became the inspiration for this room. We then incorporated a wine vitrine from Downsview Kitchens and a spectacular classic crystal chandelier from PP. A fabulous Lalique mirror accents a Spectrum Lucite table from E.G. Cody and modern chairs come from Campaniello. Detailing softens the look and give a punch of color to complete our always classic and sophisticated design.”
