Product Spotlight: Mid-Century Velvets

Inspired by 1950's pottery, Sanderson's newest collection of cut velvets satisfy our mid-century cravings.

The Laszlo Velvets’ small-scale geometric design of cut and uncut velvet pile was developed from a 1950’s Palladio wallpaper book called Kaleidoscope taken from Sanderson archive. Leaf stripe motifs and geometric blocks of color and stripes perfectly complement the prints and wallpapers in Sanderson's 50's collections, but they're certainly strong enough to stand on their own. With bold, colorful contrasting patterns, our only dilemma is choosing which of the Laszlo Velvets we like best.

View the collections at Zoffany in the DDB, Nessen at DCOTA, Culp Associates at DCH, or online. Be sure to check back with GoDesignGo to learn more about Sanderson's fabulous 50's Wallpaper collection--it's too good to miss!
