Right Now in Design with Bloggers at Pierre Frey

On Wednesday, July 28th 2010, nearly 100 people gathered at the Pierre Frey showroom for a design event co-hosted by Nicole Gibbons of So Haute  and Joshua Greene of Shagreene   A panel of top talent  Nate Berkus, Laura Kirar, Steven Gambrel, and Jesse Carrier discussed branding, the state of magazines, and designing in today's economic climate.  They all shared an optimism that the design market was getting busy again. Most admitted with candor that they learn from their clients that are interested and engaged in the process, making them more pro-active in finding great art and a variety of options to satisfy that client's design curiosity.
