Bernie de la Cuona Shares Her Global Trend Perspectives

South Africa Bernie de la Cuona got into the fabric business in a rather unusual way.  A rug buyer friend suggested she go to India to do his buying, and off she went, finding great potential in ancient looms for modern luxury. Her collection includes signature linen that has been stonewashed, embroidered and embossed. In addition to linen she has paisley wovens and a lush silk velvet in rich colors.
