Aldo Puschendorf of Puschendorf Interiors, Inc. created the Powder Room
He elaborated his design concept,
"I wanted the powder room, even though it is the smallest space in the showcase, to have great design detail and character. As in all of my designs, texture played a key role in the design; I mixed vertical staggered glass tile, seashell mosaic tile, concrete, and velvet flowered wall paper creating a romantic, sexy, and sophisticated fusion of soft colors, textures, and eclectic accents.
My appreciation for Baroque modern influenced me when choosing the wall paper, but my signature style, consisting of clean lines, sophisticated, chic, and usable spaces was successfully accomplished with the choice of furnishings and accessories maintaining a consistent flow in the room. In addition, the Zen garden adds an organic touch; giving a relaxed feeling not stuffy, and adding unexpected dimension to the space."
