Tuesday, March 9, Joyce Romanoff showed new Maya Romanoff designs and held a wallpaper painting demonstration at the D & D Building's Astra. The room was packed with those eager to see the creative process in action, as an in house Romanoff designer demonstrated the making of a lustrous crinkled paper panel. Amy Lau joined them, to discuss her re-imagining archival vintage tie-dyed designs for a new collection, celebrating the company's 40th anniversary. All in all, the event was a creative celebration of history marching forward in new and innovative ways.
