Gearing Up For Art Los Angeles Contemporary

The Pacific Design Center is getting ready to host Art Los Angeles Contemporary.  The international contemporary art fair runs from January 28-31, 2010.  It will  host works from  55 top international  and emerging galleries from around the world, and has a strong  focus on the Los Angeles scene. The event will  showcase some of the most dynamic recent works from their roster of galleries represented artists, offering an informed cross section of what is happening now in contemporary art. The fair provides a unique environment for  collectors, curators, and patrons, showcasing the best the contemporary art world has to offer.

A comprehensive programming series will provide background and an inside view with world class artist talks, panel discussions and an artist film screening series all taking place at the Pacific Design Center.

Los Angeles is an ideal setting for this show, as it is home to  internationally renowned museums, leading art schools, hundreds of contemporary galleries, and a many practicing artists.  The fair is sure to be a progressive, international mix, worth visiting.
