It is time for the Stars to shine in Florida. The Stars of Design award recipients have been announced. The inaugural awards were first given by Charles S. Cohen of Cohen Design Centers years back at the Pacific Design Center in Los Angeles. They are now given to industry leaders in the categories or interior design, architecture, photography, jewelry design, art, landscape design and graphic design at every Cohen Design Center.
Category leaders this year include:
Lifetime Achievement- Vladimir Kagan
Interior Design- Sam Robin
Architecture- Max Strang
Photography- Robin Hill
Jewelry Design- Nicholas Varney
Art- Carlos Betancourt
Landscape Design & Architecture- Jeff Blakely
Graphics- Laura Paresky, Twain Creative
The jury for the 2010 Stars of Design awards is comprised of past recipients and industry influences in their respective field of expertise. They include: A.
