If you or someone your know is looking to get your foot in the door of the interior design world and network with industry insiders, an internship in the Design & Decoration Building’s marketing and events department could be just the thing.
Ideal candidates will be tech savvy, dedicated and have a strong interest in the business of design. Interns will work with interior design professionals, marketing directors and the building's showrooms on a daily basis.
Responsibilities include event and program coordination for the upcoming Fall Market, data entry for the 2012 Directory, and assisting production of the design newsletter and major events including Stars of Design Awards and Greg Gorman's photography exhibit.
