Armani/Casa Opens at DDB

Giorgio Armani’s home furnishings line Armani/Casa closed its stand-alone stores in SoHo and Los Angeles this year and moved to the D&D Building and the Pacific Design Center, respectively. The grand opening of the New York showroom took place during the International Contemporary Furniture Fair (ICFF) this past May.

The collection includes furniture, lighting, accessories, upholstery, fabrics, and more. The showroom is highlighted with bronze polycarbonate panels that divide the store into intimate spaces. Mr. Armani communicates his own ideal of a home: an intimate and special living space where one can gather thoughts and entertain guests. When we stopped in to have a look around, we learned that this philosophy was expressed through the choice of precious materials, finishes and details throughout the new showroom.

Visit the DDB's new showroom on Floor 14 and peruse the stunning space.
