WESTWEEK Buzz: Many Reasons to Celebrate at Holly Hunt

Holly Hunt had it all during WESTWEEK: an exclusive cocktail reception, the launch of a new collection, live jazz, and a wheel of cheese so decadent that it almost outshined the Holly Hunt table on which it was served—almost.

Our first order of business—after a glass of wine of course—was to check out French Architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte’s collection of modern furniture and lighting. He utilizes innovative blends of metal, wood and lacquers along with superior craftsmanship.

"We're really excited about Jean-Michel's collection," said a sales associate. "As an architect and urban planner, his instinct for line and space has created pieces completely unique to his vision."

Along with his new collection, 40 new furniture additions to Holly Hunt's Studio H line were on display for preview.

"Have you seen the Studio H collection?" asked a partygoer. "It's fabulous! Seeing the newest pieces while at this party takes the cake as for as the events at WESTWEEK go. Or should I have said the cheese!?"

Holly Hunt also welcomed a luxurious selection of wallcoverings including Trove with patterns culled from their original artwork of paintings, drawings and photographs; and textiles such as Jagtar, one of the leading labels for Thai silk fabrics; and Decortex, an Italian collection with striking oversize patterns as well as lush solid weaves and traditional silk damask.
